We’re a community and development programme built to support women in the creative industry with the guidance and tools to learn and level up through events, mentorship, and real-world opportunities to back the vision!

Our annual creative development programme is specifically for women who are between age 20 and 29. However, our wider community is open to women of all ages and creative disciplines. Basically, CTRL+CREATE is for the girls who get it!!!

Our development programme does require some basic experience to join. That said, you don’t need to have any experience to be part of our community but you do need to work or have a desire to work within the creative industry.

Our creative development programme requires you to dedicate 12 months to take part. However, once part, we are super flexible and try to accommodate your schedule where possible. There is no time commitment to be part of our wider community.

Our IRL events are typically based in London, United Kingdom. However, we frequently hold virtual events which are accessible to anyone. Plus, if you’re based outside of London, you’re more than welcome to join and access our network etc!
